Reflections six months after launch

 

It has been six months now since we launched Peregrine, and thus far it has truly been a fantastic journey. We have developed many new, promising relationships with inspiring people and organisations, as well as strengthened existing ones. And faster than expected, we have grown our team to be a strong unit with a diverse and international background. We have succeeded with the first part of this journey and have established ourselves not only as a trustworthy but capable partner in the marketing & advertising industry in Scandinavia. But of course, our story does not end here.  

In a couple of weeks, we will be joined by new employees, and more are welcome (yes, we are hiring). We have senior profiles with paid media and technology background joining now and they will add much value, not only to our clients but also for the so important internal culture that we are striving towards. We seek to build a company culture where we learn from each other and have a hunger to always be the best at what we do. It is our belief that this can be achieved only if we allow ourselves to take responsibility and push ourselves to leave the comfort zone.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all clients we have worked with during the initial start-up phase and who - just like we do - believe it is crucial in this world of exponential development, to get people, processes and technology aligned in order to be successful. Thank you for giving us a chance to help transform and upgrade your marketing. All our projects have touched on the very core of what we set out to offer, a vertically integrated consulting approach ranging from Strategy via Technology to Marketing Operations.

Working with our clients, some of the boldest challengers in the Nordic region has allowed us to develop our own methodology on which we base everything we do. It is our belief that the modern marketing and sales world is more complex than ever before and competition is fierce. By truly understanding the core business of our clients we can adopt an integrated approach to marketing and further, provide a solution that can be executed and that deliver results. Without exceptions, we do things in the right order and always start by defining the necessary Processes to achieve our clients’ goals. Next, we thoroughly research market leading technologies and provide our clients with the best Technology solution available, by utilizing a strong local and global partner network. Lastly, we define the Organizational requirements for long term success, evaluate in house talent or make hiring recommendations. We consider these three areas our core competencies.
